Do you have a physical store?

We do not have a physical store at this moment. We look forward to expanding our brand to a city near you! Until then we will continue to provide you with the best online experience available.

 

How do I track my order? 

Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking information.

 

Do you have a size chart? 

Yes! CLICK HERE to view the size chart. Please look at product notes as some items may “run small” or “run large.” Certain items might have special sizing charts posted as well, in these cases disregard the standard sizing chart.

 

Can I return or exchange my order? 

No, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. We inspect each item before it leaves our show room to insure no defects or damages. Please view our sizing charts or email us if you have any questions before placing your order.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Chateau Vogue is proud to offer worldwide shipping. (prices will vary accordingly) Please allow up to 10 business days for orders with in the U.S. to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. To track your order at any time, you’ll be able to use your UPS of USPS Tracking number. UPS SHIPPING METHODS AND ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES: (Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed) PLEASE NOTE: Chateau Vogue does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Los Angeles, California. Chateau Vogue is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Orders over $100 may require a signature at the time of delivery.

International customers may be required to pay import or duty fees to their local customs. Chateau Vogue is not responsible for fees or taxes imposed by the customer’s local government.

Can I Cancel My Order If I Change My Mind?

We do not allow cancellations. Any cancellations done on the customer’s end will be disputed at your own expense. You will be charged any additional bank fees, cancellation fees, and re-ordering fees in addition to the original price of your order, plus shipping.

How long does shipping take?

If you have ordered with express shipping please note: if your order is placed after 2:00pm PST with expedited shipping, you will be shipped the following business day not including weekends and/or holidays.

Most orders ship within 2-4 business days, however if you have ordered with standard ground shipping please allow 5-7 business days for your order to process and ship.

If you are an international order please allow 6-10 business days for your order to process and ship.
